These Terms of Service and Sale apply only to orders by and for residents of the valid shipping countries on FiiTii.
THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM FiiTii.com. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. NO OTHER TERMS APPLY. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
We grant you a non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Services. You should also review our Privacy Policy before you access the Services, as it sets out important information about how we may use your personal information when you are using the Services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in and to the FiiTii’s products, and Services shall remain the exclusive property of FiiTii and its licensors (if applicable).
RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR USE OF SERVICES
You agree not to:
Modify, copy, reproduce, rebroadcast, or retransmit any content that you may access through your use of the Services, except as authorized by applicable law;
Disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise decompile your FiiTii product or any software, applications, upgrades or updates made available to you through the Services or installed on your FiiTii product, except as authorized by applicable law or license terms;
Knowingly introduce viruses, worms, trojans or other technologically harmful materials to the Services;
Otherwise use the Services in any way or for any purpose which may infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
Access or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The Services provide you with links to other services operated by third parties. Any such services are outside of scope of these Terms of Use. You accept that FiiTii is not responsible for such third-party services or for assessing any third-party content.
LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY
The Terms of Services & Sale are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. FiiTii and its suppliers, to the fullest extent permitted by law and except as expressly provided to the contrary in any applicable product warranty documentation, disclaim all warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, warranty of non-infringement of third-party rights, and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. FiiTii and its suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the material, services, software, text, graphics and links. In no event will we be liable to any party for any damages whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or other for any use or inability to use the Services, including, without limitation, any damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
MISCELLANEOUS
We may need to change our Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will not notify you before these amendments enter into force. Any questions regarding these Terms of Use may be directed to support@FiiTii.com.
PLACING AN ORDER SERVICES
By placing an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product or service. You represent to us that you are at least 18 years old, that all information provided to us with your order is true and accurate, and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. FiiTii reserves the right to limit, reject, modify, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be from the FiiTii official website.
Product pricing and product availability are shown on this website. However, the website may contain errors. Pricing or availability may be subject to change at any time without notice. FiiTii is not bound by its offers or any prices on the website. FiiTii reserves the right to modify or cancel your purchase for any error on the website.
HOW TO
To place an order, simply add the desired items to your Shopping Cart. You can add, delete, update, or change the quantities of products in your cart while you shop the site. Once you are ready to buy, proceed to check out to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order. You can complete your order as a guest or by opening a FiiTii.com user account. By opening a FiiTii.com user account, you can quickly access product support, updates and promotions. When you send an order, FiiTii may verify certain items before the order is fulfilled, including without limitation your personal information, your payment information, and your creditworthiness.
Without incurring any liability, FiiTii reserves the right to refuse any order, correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website, change or update information for products or services offered, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. If we modify your order, we will attempt to give you the prior notice in case you decide to cancel the order. If FiiTii cancels your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information you provided with your order.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Once your order is submitted, you will also receive an order confirmation email which will include your order details. Please be sure to save this order confirmation. This is your receipt for proof of purchase; your merchandise will not include an additional receipt. You will need this receipt if you ever require warranty service from support@fiitii.com.
It typically takes three to seven business days to process and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation, including tracking number(s). The shipping carrier requires one business day from that time to validate the tracking information.
PAYMENT
FiiTii.com accepts payment via PayPal.
You will be charged in full upon placing the order according to your payment method.
In case of PayPal payments, you will be charged immediately, but if you choose PayPal Credit after checking out with PayPal, you may leverage the credit terms provided for future payments or monthly installment as provided by PayPal at the time of order.
Please note that certain orders are subject to a 24-hour verification period to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use. To assist in minimizing unauthorized card usage, please ensure that your credit card company has all of your current information on file including any alternate or authorized shipping addresses.
If your payment method is charged for an order that is later modified or cancelled, FiiTii will issue you a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel or alter your order up until you submit the order. If your order has already been submitted, please contact us via support@fiitii.com (from 9 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., EST Monday through Friday (except holidays), and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., EST Saturday) to cancel or alter the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will no longer be to cancel or alter the order. Instead, you will need to follow the returns procedure in our Warranty once your order arrives.

PROMOTIONS
Use of promotional codes, discounts, coupons or similar promotions are subject to that promotion’s terms and conditions. To be eligible for a specific promotion, your order must be submitted within the specified promotion period. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable promotion’s terms and conditions, no more than one promotion may be applied to an order.
